Sport Current Resident of Belarus, need nutrition help!

Sport Fitness
Hello! I have a question! I have been reading a lot about different training methods ie P90, Capoeira, SEALS etc. and all have very good Nutrition guides that you can print etc. My problem is this: I live in an Eastern European country right now, and most of the brand name foods etc. aren't sold here. Think of it as Yugoslavia or something. I'm looking for a diet for the most basic staple things that should be available anywhere in the world. I was able to find a protein shake mix that has 75% protein per gram ratio. Just started to take it, so I will see how that will turn out. I mostly cook so that's not a problem.

I am 5'10 at 160lbs on average. My current training is all mostly endurance. I want to be toned, but bigger than I currently am. I use pullup bars, and resistance bands as well as various body exercises.

I would also like to mention that back in the states I would eat things like tuna fish etc. but those things there were like $0.30 per can. Here they do not sell tuna, and all other canned fish start at $2.00 a can. On average , people make $400 a month. Meaning that is out of my budget. Same with other seafood like Shrimp. It's just too expensive.

I have some ideas but please let me know if you can help me. At least point me to a guide or something! Thanks!

Eggs, oats, fish, red meat, chicken, rice, beans, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, nuts... I've stayed in some nutritionally challenged parts of the world and always been able to find those foods relatively easily.

If you are struggling with a food budget then the idea of bulking up (properly) may be out of the question. You often have to spend 1/3 more on food during a bulking cycle, compared to what you would being on a maintenance or cutting phase.
