Curious about P9OX

I'm looking for a new challenge because I seem to be at a standstill with my regular routine. I was looking in the walmart excercise section and saw this video set for P9OX it looked interesting.

Anyone know information on this workout plan?

I usually work out 20 minutes three times a week (the abs diet excercise routine) and do taekwondo twice a week. I don't skip meals and don't often take second helpings, I probably eat some unhealthy treat every day but my regular meals are healthy most days.

I'm thinking the only way I'll ever make progress is if I completely stop second helpings, cut back on the snacks, and never skip my workout. That would be perfecting what I have already, but I'm interested in something new, I've been doing this same routine for about 2 years now.

I once looked into P90x too. The results they were showing were incredible, so I thought I'd give it a try.

When I read more about it though, I found that the workouts are 60-90 minutes each and you workout for at least 6 days a week. The 7th day is optional, rest or workout.

I've known people who had success with it, however I personally don't have the time to workout that much.

Indeed the p90x stuff is a daily hour long (approx) workout. you do need dumbbells and a pullup bar, and a 6'x6' space.
