Curious about 2 NO supplements?

I'm curious about two Nitric Oxide products. First is NO-Xplode made by BSN and the second is NOX-CG3 made by Xyience. I work out 3-5x a week and my routine looks like Mon= Chest & Tri, Wed= Legs & Shoulders, Fri= Back and Bis and cardio on the days I don't push weight. I'm on the "eating every two hours" diet making for small frequent meals. My question is... Would I see a major difference if I added these supplements to my regular regimen. I only take protein powder and a multi-vitamin at this time. My goal is to be lean, strong, and cut. I usually do 3 sets of 10-12 reps per exercise with 5 exercises to each major body part and 1-2 exercises to each smaller body part. I weighed in at 220lb at 5'7" about 6months ago and now have come down to 180lbs. My goal weight is to be between 150-165lbs.

Does anyone have any suggestions and/or comments about Nitric Oxide supplements? How is the taste? Side effects? Do you really feel the "pumps" lasting that long like it says in magazines? Does anyone out there have positive or negative testimonials regarding the above mentioned products? I'd like to know.

People might come in here and rant and rave about them, but don't give in. They're crap, I would love to have something that helps me have pumps for the rest of the day, but it doesn't. Most just have creatine and/or caffine so if you feel anything it'll probably be that..

I'm your hight and I would weigh 140-150 without muscle. If your at 180lbs I would start to concentrate more on the weight lifting side of your training and let the weight loss take a back seat.
You'll notice results faster and the weight will drop off as your muscles grow.

Thanks

Thanks for the comments regarding my questions.

I know this may be outside of this forum but, I'd like your thoughts on a workout regimen that will cut weight fast. Should I stick with my routine or go back to full body circuits every other day? I don't want to bulk up as I feel somewhat sluggish already. I started kickboxing and jiu jitsu along with my previously stated regimen and come to realize that I would need to cut weight in order to gain speed. As mentioned before, my goal is to get down to 150-165lbs and be lean and strong with functional strength. Any suggestions, recommendations, and/or advice would be most appreciated.

Manofkent. When you say "...I would start to concentrate more on the weight lifting side of your training and let the weight loss take a back seat..." Would you mind elaborating on that. I'd like more of your thoughts so I can apply it in the near future.

Actually if anyone else reads this thread, please feel free to comment. I would like to hear from anyone.

Thanks

Sprinters are pretty musclular and they are not sluggish.

Muscles move the body, remember. It would take you a long long time to get too big that you feel sluggish. Look at WWF wrestlers, they are massive but because they strech and exercises they still have speed and flexibility.

On your other point...

I write this 10times a night so i'll be quick. your muscle burn calories when you use them and when they are healing fomr a workout. the bigger they are the more cals they will burn.
We are not talking about burning a few cals, we are talking about 1000's.
