Sport Curbing Those pesky cravings!

Hey eveyone, just wondering how you guys stay away from food that you are craving. Im still in my beginning stage and Im having a hard time staying away from foods I love, especially carbs :( I have been told by some that once you get over it and move on its easier to walk away from your cravings. I feel like alot of times there are goodies in the kitchen at work and everytime I go in to get coffee or a drink I always want to grab a bite of something. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how they were or are able to over come those food cravings? Thanks!

Eat "filling" meals throughout the day as long as u stay under your calories.
I like to take a tablespoon of peanut butter here or there

Craving sucks, but once you suck it up for a little bit and start seeing results you will be able to survive. And give yourself a cheat day or "meal" people like to call it as a reward towards yourself
 
It really boils down to willpower, and not letting yourself get too hungry in the first place. Fruit can help curb 'sugar cravings'.
Don't keep crap food around your house, and just be strong while at work. They brought in pizza yesterday, but I stuck with the chicken breast and salsa sauce my wife had made.
