Hey eveyone, just wondering how you guys stay away from food that you are craving. Im still in my beginning stage and Im having a hard time staying away from foods I love, especially carbs I have been told by some that once you get over it and move on its easier to walk away from your cravings. I feel like alot of times there are goodies in the kitchen at work and everytime I go in to get coffee or a drink I always want to grab a bite of something. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how they were or are able to over come those food cravings? Thanks!
