I am not sure if this is the right place to be posting this so i do appologise.
Anyway my problem is this...
I have recently started working out with a few friends. We do lots of weight excersises to gain muscle in the arms and legs. Along with that we do lots of ab workouts. This is where my problem is coming from
When i am doing crunches or ab bicycles i get a pain just below my lower rib cage. It feels like something is either getting caught under them or something is pressing against them. The feeling is happening while doing the excersise and for a very short time after the excersise then it goes away. This is causing me some uncomfort when i do my ab workouts. My friends say it is just the top of my abs getting a workout and it is natural to feel that, however i feel it is something more as it does not feel anything like when i work out any other part of my body (or another part of my abs for that matter).
ITs hard to describe the feeling but it is hard to workout when this is happening. My friends have watched me doing my crunches and bicycle and say my form is fine so i dont think this is an issue.
Any help or advice would be great.
