Crosstraining?

I am 17 years old. I weigh roughly 140 lbs, and ripped. I play waterpolo at my school from 2:30-4:30, and after that I go to the rock climbing gym and climb hard from 5:20 to roughly 8:00. I do this Monday through Friday. I want to start getting stronger, so I think I want to start implementing weight training into my routine. I have full access to equipment. I take Gold Standard Vanilla Protein after I climb each day. What do you think? I want to be better, faster, stronger, and also better at my sports. Any advice or tips? Thanks
