Cross trainer

AHello, I am new to these forums so please be gentle with me!

I have just bought a cross trainer having done little exercise for many years. I would really appreciate advice on when to use it, how often, how long, whether to eat breakfast if I am going on it in the morning. Anything and everything please.

Have you tried it out yet? How long can you last at a low-moderate intensity at this point? Start with building up your endurance at low-moderate intensity. Once you can do about 30 minutes fairly easily, then start doing some interval training. Does your cross trainer have programs that you can do? An instruction manual?


Whether or not you eat breakfast first is really up to you. I personally have to eat before working out, otherwise, I feel pretty dizzy sometimes. Some people can't eat before working out because their stomach feels too full.
