I wish to be more healthy and I'd like to get some insight on how my diet is. I eat the normal three meals a day plus snacks.
For breakfast I usually have some oats/grain cereal or eggs. Sometimes I have bacon too, perhaps I should cut that out?
For lunch I have a sandwich like a grilled cheese or roast beef. I usually have fruit too. I eat plenty of bananas, plums, melons and apples.
For dinner I try to have a decent amount of veggies but the majority consists of meats and pastas.
I eat a wide range of snacks. What I believe to be the good ones are fruits, carrots, and nuts. Bad stuff consists of ice cream and chips.

athletic build and training. Often do cardio and endurance based workouts and some weight lifting.
