Sport Critique my diet

Hi, Im currently going to gym 4x a week and running 4x a week. Am looking to gain size/strength but also want to keep fit (I have a running race coming up). Are my macro ok? any tips/changes?

So far, my diet is:

13,800KJ (Maintenance - 12,000KJ)
193g Protein
405g Carbs
69g Fat

Macro breakdown:
25.6% protein
53% carbs
21.4% fat

I eat clean most of the time. Supplements: preworkout, whey protein after workout, casein protein before bedtime. I eat 6-7 meals/day, distributed throughout the day.
 
In my point of view you will go with that macro and diet plan. It is ok!

You said you wanted to bulk up but 405g of Carbs seems waaaaaaaaay too much. Don't know if that is a typo or not.

Thanks for the response. Its not a typo - Im trying to take that much in haha. Am I supposed to take less carbs in during bulking? (I thought it was ok to eat lots of carbs during bulking phase)
