ok this is what im planning on eating for my cut (have at least 30 lbs too lose), same food daily (i get on fine with this) is this suitible for a cut and at least maintaining muscle with weight training? i can provide exact fuigures on ingrediants if needed.
meal 1-porridge oats, semi skimmed milk and 1 scoop whey protien shake with water.
meal 2-200g chicken breast, 150g broccoli
meal 3-(pre workout) 2 peices wholemeal bread, 1 whole egg, 5 whites scrambled..or ommlete and seperate toast.
meal 4-(post workout) 2 scoops whey with water, 300ml crannbery juice (concentrate)
meal 5-350 grams of low fat cottage cheese.
3 liters of water a day minimum and a multi vitamin tablet since its relitivly low of fruit and veg.
This all comes too about 1700 calories a day. i plan too cut for 30 lbs, then start a slow clean bulk, mabey adding more red meats in then. can i have some opinions on this diet plan please?
