Critique my cardio workout

I do Cardio every day of the week along with a weight lifting routine 6 times a week.

I usually do 2 days distance jogging...Around 25 minutes. Then the next 2 days I try to run as fast as I can for 30 seconds and then jog at a normal pace for the next 30 seconds. I do that until I'm beat

Rince and repeat

What is your goal?

If you are looking to do cardio to keep your cardio vascular system healthy, you should do at least 30 minutes a day of moderate intensity cardio (zone 3 or about 60%-70% Max Heart Rate).

Are you looking to lose fat. Longer intervals of moderate intensity. Are you looking to improve your speed and endurance- HIIT (short interval of high intensity).

But you may want to check out the HIIT forum of this website. I believe that HIIT sessions require days of recovery for optimum effect, but I'm not expert.
 
I wanna lose some fat and start cutting. I have the diet going on and the weights are going really well. I just can't figure out the cardio
