ham and swiss lunchable and a kapresun
dinner:
steak with mushrooms and garlic, 2 pices of garlic bread, salade ( lettece, tomatos, onions, italian dressing)
1 protein shake
no gym today
i had a bad start today stayed night at bros house ddint have nouthing health becuse hes skinny and dosnt care lol
