Hello, my name is Jasmine I have recently started to get on a healthier lifestyle so I am starting to eat healthier and exercise. Although I have found it hard to stay on track and exercise regularly. Just looking for some advice or tips to help me stay on track. Also some tips on the best way to keep weight off as I am starting

Hi Jasmine! I am right there with you. I also started moving towards living a lot healthier lifestyle and found that it can be tough sometimes. What helped me the most was having others who supported my goals for my new healthy way of living. Do you have any friends or family who are making similar changes?

Hello Jasmine. I am new to this forum but found a need to be involved in one. Since I am so new, I am not sure of what I am doing yet!!! Havent found the right forum yet, maybe. I have had an extra 35 pounds on me for the past 6 or 7 years. I am a retired person who has lots of time to exercise but seem to always put it off. But around a month ago I got moved to join Weight Watchers with my friend who had lost 8 pounds. I hated the WW program as I find its unsustainable - way too much fake food and too hard to follow. I complained to my friend told me about this TDEE diet, which isn't really a diet. But I checked it out, and found out how many calories I needed to lose 2 pounds a week and in the lasts month I have dropped 7 pounds with a goal date of July 1. So I am on the right track. I love the calorie counting. Its so easy. I use the Lose It app to keep track. I've also started exercising - walking and Qi Gong. I am finally losing weight and on to something thats very sustainable and easy to follow.

Are you interested to lose your weight now?

Yes and I am doing it with calorie counting. Its the easiest of all "diet plans" and I love the Lose It app. I like to be with like minded people so this is why I joined up with this forum. I feel I am on track and will be at my goal weight in July. I know in the past I have been over eating - just for the pure joy of eating but since counting calories I am not doing that anymore and its shown me just how bad my eating habits were. I feel so much better and no more stomach distress etc.
