So I Know The Other Forum Said I Shouldnt Take Creatine As Im 15
But Ive Been Going To The Gym For About A Year Now (3 Times A Weeks, 3 Hours A Session, I Also Weigh 11.5 Stone (9% Body Fat) If That Helps)
And I Havent Seen Any Change And Havent Done For About a Month Now So Im Wondering If It Would Be Ok For Me To Start Taking Creatine Or Whether Theres Anything Else (Besides A Healthy Diet) I Could Start Taking.
