Creatine

Hi,
So I Know The Other Forum Said I Shouldnt Take Creatine As Im 15
But Ive Been Going To The Gym For About A Year Now (3 Times A Weeks, 3 Hours A Session, I Also Weigh 11.5 Stone (9% Body Fat) If That Helps)
And I Havent Seen Any Change And Havent Done For About a Month Now So Im Wondering If It Would Be Ok For Me To Start Taking Creatine Or Whether Theres Anything Else (Besides A Healthy Diet) I Could Start Taking.

Well I Started Off Going For An Hour A Session Twice A Week, Gradually Built Up, Using Heavier Weights E.g. I Started Off Doing 35kg On My Chest, Im Now Doing 65Kg No Trouble, I Do 2 Sessions On My Upper Body And 1 Session On My Lower Body A Week (60Kg On My Calf)
Ermm, I Achieve My 5 A Day, Eat Lots Of Protein, Carbs Etc.

Creatine really does work :) when i took it about 3-4 weeks into taking it I was working out so hard and my body was pissing out water the entire time. Cools you down :)
