There have been only tests done on people who take creatine who are 18 and over. So you probably shouldn't be taking it at that young age. There have been no proven side effects other than gas for some people. Though no one really knows the long term affects it will have on the kidneys, that is why many advice you cycle off it for a month every 2-3 months.
 
I havent heard of any problems with age etc. The thing is it is a natural occuring nutrient. I wouldnt bother at 15 though. Concentrate on getting a good diet sorted first.
 
creatine isn't a miracle supplement anyways. at 15 I'd stay natural a few more years...nothing more advanced than a good multivitamin, and maybe some fish oil...along with a good, balanced diet.
