Creatine vs. Nitrous

Hey...:D

so, im looking into supplements and im torn between creatine and nitrous.
I was told that nitrous is mostly the same as creatine, but with permanent gains.

Any help on this, info on either, or suggestions on which to take would be helpful.

Thanks

if you're referring to nitric oxide, creatine is the what has years of positive research supporting it. nitric oxide has zero research to back it up.

what creatine allows you to do is push more weight. in others words you subject the muscles to greater work. this greater workload plus nutrition plus recovery leads to slightly better gains over time.

i know alot about creatine, but i was sort wondering if anyone in here knew anything helpful about nitric oxide...that way i can compare the 2 better

in a nutshell - neither supplment gives direct 'permanent' changes to the muscle. However, Nitrous oxide is nothing more than a cosmetic supp. it increases blood flow to the muscle, giving a more pumped appearance.
it doesn't make you stronger. doesn't help you lift heavier. and it only lasts a couple hours.
it does help make that muscle between your thighs a little harder...but I don't need help in that department ;)

Creatine, on the other hand, increases the muscles ability to efficiently work, and that equates to a few more reps, a few more pounds...and thus indirectly...a denser, better looking muscle - EVEN WHEN YOU STOP TAKING CREATINE.

DUDE....Malkore you are amazing...thanks man,,,you know way too much btw
