Hi, im a small guy and I was thinking about using creatine to bulk me up. I have been using whey powder and have been working out for quite awhile, im about 5'5 and I only weigh a little over 100 pounds and im 15 years old. I thought it would only help using a little before I work out because I have a very active lifestyle and it is very hard for me to gain any weight so do you think I should take it, also how many grams should I take before working out.
