Creatine question

hey i decided to take Creatine to bulk up and i dont know too much about it, but i purchased Weider Creatine Capsules ( if anyone knows anything about it can u please help me haha) i dont really understand the directions on it, i weigh 175 so that means i would take 1 serving a day so i take 7 capsules is wut im not sure on.... and can i drink water with it or does it have to be juice and do i have to mix the capsules ( the lil powder in it) into the drink or take them seperatley... and how long before i actually work out do i need or can take it... and last i know it helps with like strength and endurance, but can it improve my speed also?

So if anyone knows anything about it can you please help me haha???

well how do i use it do i open the capsule up and pour it into my water or juice and drink it
 
Just swallow the whole capsule just like you would if you were taking any pill. In the future you may want to get the powder. You get alot more for your money.
 
What exactly are you taking the creatine for?? Please do not spend anymore money on supplements until you thoroughly research it's intent and understand the hows and whys.

creatine gave me a slight energy boost but it was more of a placebo, i could only lift 6kgs more on the dumbell curl, and i'm still lifting the same now i'm off it. i'd stick to more natural creatine sources include more lean meats in ur diet if your not quite sure

I hope you mean powders. Liquid creatine 'syrums' typically are expensive, and don't contain much active creatine anymore. Creatine stays stable in water for many hours...but you're talking about weeks/months with those pre-mixed products.
