How many of you are and are not using creatine and why?
I decided to add starting, well, yesterday, and would like to hear comments on it. I have read some of the previous posts and don't want to start a debate, just yes or no and personal opinions.
When I'm bulking or maintaining i'll use creatine regularly. when I'm cutting, ti just depends...i tend to forget to take it due to lowering carb intake and its affects on mental clarity
