I use Creatine Ethyl Ester powder.

There is no point in having the pills.
Its the same stuff but your paying so much more because your paying for the pills and the powder.

I dont understand R.Lewis.
I have ethyl ester pills. They were cheaper than the cell mass alternative and had slightly more doses. Is there any advantage to the powder over the pills or is it just preference?
Thanks

I paid $30 for pills once with a months supply. Now I pay $12 for powder with twice the dose. I did use Optimum Nutrition but now I have Labrada.

Maybe the pills were on sale. Its the same stuff, you just paying extra for them because they have to be capped in a machine. So your paying for an extra process, a larger plastic tub and the gellitine to make the caps.

I find it a lot easyer to mix a spoon of powder in with my drink that taking 6caps!!!

powder, cuz you pay twice as much for pill form.

You know if one really wanted pill form over powder, one could simply buy the empty pills and a pill maker and create their on. Its easy enough, i have done it before. Not with this substance but with different "Substances":p .

i was using creatine regularly and i broke my collar bone so i stopped everything, i just started it again last week.. we'll see how it goes : )
