Hi, this is my first post here. I have some questions with regards to creatine. I am finally getting back into exercising and weight lifting after being relatively inactive for about a year and a half (combination of injuries and low will-power). I have tried creatine in the past, with odd side effects. I tried creatine on two separate occasions (for several weeks each time). In each case I used creatine from different companies (one was by Prolab, the other by Fortius Natural Nutrition). In both situations I would feel nauseous within about 10-20 minutes of taking the creatine. I took the creatines with different types of fruit juices, and consumed plenty of liquids throughout the day.
Has anyone experienced the same thing? Any thoughts as to what might be the problem? I would like to be able to take creatine, but not if it means I am going to feel ill for several hours each day.
