Anybody can suggest an good creatine brand?? does it have sideffect?
thanks

is the brand Purple K any good?

anything with the creapure label is good like prolab, universal, etc

purple K is a complete rip-off. get plain monohydrate that has the creapure logo on the container. nice cleanly processed monohydrate is all you need.

thanks guys i got my interactive creapur creatine today, hope it works, 1 teaspoon seem so little though.....

a level teaspoon is about 3grams, a heaping spoonful about 5grams.

no reason to take more than 5grams a day.

remember, creatine isn't a miracle powder. its not steroids. its just a supplement to help you meet your potential.

guys i noticed i got more muscule sore after workout ever since i start taking creatine, is it normal?

creatine has actually been known to help you recover faster from a hard workout, but it also can be a workout intensifier. so if youve noticed a higher intensity maybe your muscle soreness is due to harder workouts. if it becomes a problem for you, make sure you get adequate rest and drink lots of water.

I keep pumping it (and no, for once I don't sell the stuff =D) but Kre-Alkalyn is definitely the way to go. I only say this because:

(A) I take the stuff myself
(B) I'm versed in the research
(C) I've spoken to Jeff Golini (the inventor) myself

People who take it show more gain than from regular creatine monohydrate, and I've never heard of any side effects (esp. not the dehydration or stomach issues that creatine users get - because there's less creatinine production with Kre-Alkalyn).

If you are going to buy it though, I recommend looking for "Sport-Specific" brand. It's all the same stuff (Kre-Alkalyn is patented) but they tend to be cheaper. Don't think you can get that brand on the Web though.

I agree with you Fil. I am getting good fast results using Kre-Alkalyn and I get a great energy boost during my workout. I also had some additional questions as well. I only am working out every other day. Do I need to take the pills every day or just on work out days? How much do you think I should take when I am taking it (1 pill, 2 pills, in the morning or right before or after the work out)? How much, if any, on off days? I am 5'9" and 150lbs.
Thanks,
Steve

Why dont you make yourself a diary or journal in the correct thread. Post your questions there, and let some eyeballs see it to try to help you? This would be more productive in your pursuit of your goals.......ROCK WITH IT!

just curious, why are you bringing up a bunch of old threads and posting the exact same thing?

I wondered that too.

Please, post links or titles/info for SCIENCE JOURNALS that published all of these findings on kre-alkalyn.

otherwise you're just a broken record of deceit that sounds strangely like spam.

I for one have NEVER seen a single shred of independent research that showed anything on Kre-alkalyn/purpleK/buffered creatine products.

Monohydrate? yes
Ethyl Ester? yes
that proved ethyl ester has more efficiency over monohydrate? yes
Kre-alkalyn? no
that its better? no

and please, if ANYONE gets a PM from either of these two (or any other member) with a link to buy this stuff or a coupon code...TELL THE MODS.
