I was talking to one guy who was pushing his "name brand" product and he said that creatine hydrochloride doesn't have to build up in the system. He siad if I take creatine monohydrate then I have to bulid it up in my system. He said this product you pop before you workout and it starts right away.
I ask cause I'm currently considering creatine and I'm researching it. After reading the FAQ on it it seems this sales guy is incorrect.
But it would be nice if someone could confirm this for me and confirm if all creatine(regardless of the type) needs to reach saturation and be consistant?
