Creatine mono

Just a quickie...

Does it make any difference when i take my creatine?

I put it in with my shake, but I only have a protein shake before bed, or instead of a snack during the day.

should i be taking it right b4 of after my workout or does it not make any diff?
 
Some research indicates post-workout is the best time. Your body is primed for nutrient update and utilization after a good workout, so it makes sense to feed the right fuel.

Now, my question to you is why are you taking a shake at bedtime? Shakes are not a very good bedtime meal because they digest too quickly I'd take a shake post workout, and then at bed have cottage cheese or some other kind of whole protein that doesn't digest in 2 hours.
 
Yeah your right... I should have something a bit slower b4 bed.

Ive not had it for years! I'll go and grab some thisarvo.
