Creatine Mono vs. Ethyl

Ok, I've been reading around here about creatine, and from what I've seen you guys aren't big fans of the ethyl ester. Almost all the posts regarding it say that there's no scientific evidence to that shows it's better than monohydrate. Do you mean that the effects in terms of energy are no different, or do you really mean that ethyl ester is less effective than mono? Because the way I see it with ethyl ester you take a lot less which means no bloating, and you don't get muscle cramps.

Creatine does NOT cause cramps. All you want from the creatine is the phosphate group, so anything else added is just crap.

what they claim is negative about mono is simply untrue. 3-5 grams a day is all thats needed, there's no need to load and no need to cycle. some do get bloated but most get that from loading and taking too much. cramps is the result of improper water intake, not necessarily from taking creatine
