Creatine(i have read the FAQ)

I have read the FAQ on creatine but i have a question about it that i was hoping one of you would know the answer too.

I workout 3 days a week and i was wondering for the loading stage of creatine, do i load 5 workout days

or 5 days(including off days)

You dont have to do the loading stage, I never did and got same results
 
i took creatine for a bit.. didnt notice a difference.. not sure if i wasnt taking it correctly or what but ya
