Creatine for Minors

I read the sticky saying that for kids under 18, its probably not all that important and you basically shouldn't be using it.

However, I've read a lot of reports from people who say it helps. So, would it be detrimental to my future health if I started taking it at 17.

I seriously doubt that it would be. The thing is, I don't think they do research on people under 18, that's why a lot of supplements say you should wait until you're 18. But I'm not 100% sure.

Why do you feel its necessary to use creatine??? It can be helpfull, but its not as great as people say imo. In most cases people dont need it and would acheive the same progress without it.

Hard work + a good diet = success

Just my opinion.

I completely agree with Wes.

However (as I have posted many times on Creatine before), it is supported through research, and can prove to have benefits--with the right person (see below).

Creatine "supplementation" isn't going to do anything for you unless you are planning to perform some appropriate and strenuous fitness activity.

You will be simply be pissing your money in your toilet bowl.

With this said, what are your plans for fitness training and what are your personal fitness goals?

Best wishes for your fitness success.
