Creatine dangerous for teens?

I'm currently 14, and I heard of creatine.. I read up on it and some sites are strongly against giving it to teens but others are different..

I don't really want to try it but if it will help my lifting and be safe at the same time of course I will take it.

What do you guys think?

You won't find a definitive yes or no answer. It's best you avoid it until you are older.

I personally try to stay away from any supplements. If that mean I'm not the biggest, strongest guy around, so be it.

avoid it like the plague. if you're still training in your twenties try it then, but you've got a good 5-8 years natural growth before you need to be messing with supplements.

yea just to reiterate,

if i were you i wouldn't want to take any supplements/anything you aren't sure about it's full effects that may jeopardize your natural growth.

You're still growing at 14, so you shouldn't be training to the point that creatine is gonna be a big benefit anyways.

hold off til you're 18/done growing/done with puberty.

Do you actually weight train now?
