Hey guys. I've been bulking for sometime now. Started at around 132 lb at 7% bodyfat and am now around 153 at 11% body fat.
I recently bought Creatine Monohydrate from GNC and have decided not to start using it until I found out more information.
Specifically, I'm wondering what effect the creatine will have on my abs. Currently, I have a 6 pack. However, it's been fading a little bit because of all the extra fat I've been putting on.
Will the creatine bloat my muscles? Or how will it affect them, especially my abs? Will they make them less cut?
