Create Fitness Goals

I have to have fitness goals. When I first started running, it was to get in shape to backpacking in the Sierras. Then I fell in love with running. Throughout the year I have a series of goals. One goal is a stepping stone to another goal. This gives me a carrot to keep me going. I will also look back on last year and I try to improve on what I did in that pervious year. Having goals keeps me motivated and focused.
