Sport cream

Sport Fitness
hey guys its me again LOL. I know i posted a lot of silly questions but whenever i have something in mind i go for worldfitness.com LOL. Ok so here is my question, i saw this fat free half and half in the store and i was wandering if it was OK if i could use that to make myself a cup of coffee. just wandering..... :)

Thanks for all of you who look at my silly questions LOL.

:)

I was just in the store looking at these, look at the label. Some only have like 50 calories, a lot have fat, I didn't happen to see a fat free one but just look at the label next time and check out the calories and facts on it.
I have a question that goes along with that though, does a raw cup of pure coffee have any calories? carbs? fat? I was looking at coffee can in the same section as the cream and they had no nutrition facts...

well assuming you're only using a couple tablespoons of it, yeah it's fine. i'd try to avoid it if it contains high fructose corn syrup as one of the first 5 ingredients though.

well it has cal=20, sodium=30mg, carbohydrate=3mg and sugar=-2mg and fat=0g so does it mean its good. :)
i thought it was good as it does'nt have any fat in it. Thanks guys for all the replies :)

and yeah i have another question, is it OK to eat brown rice, i suppose white rice is bad for you but is brown bad for you too. Thanks :)

absolutely!
Brown rice is the best rice for you :D
It doesn't spike insulin like other rices (ie white) do.
If you're going to eat rice, make SURE its brown.

3 thumbs up for brown rice!

long grain brown rice is the best rice you can eat. it has a lower glycemic index than short grain, and white rice (thus a lower insulin reaction). Plus it has more fiber!

coffee in moderation is fine. caffine is a thermogenic, and gives energy, but too much will have a diuretic effect, and might cause high blood pressure.
a couple cups a day is fine...but dont' drink the whole pot, and do drink an extra 8oz of water just to maintain good hydration.
tea, iced or hot, is fine too. just go easy if you have ot have it with sugar ;)

awesome advice guys. yeah about the coffee is it OK to add like 2 packets of splenda to it to sweeten it. Do you guys think it will hinder in my fat loss goals. Thanks :)
