crazy scedule

I work a crazy scedule, sometimes nites sometimes days. allways 12 hours, I have frequent vacations to enjoy the outdoors. I am looking for a supplement that can be taken on a scedule like mine, most supplements I have seen are to be taken on a set schedule, I need something different. Not looking to hulk up just improve overall fitness and awareness. I have moderately hbp, which i want to get rid of through fitness. I am 37 years old, 230 lb, 6'3", not over weight, just corn fed as we call it in Texas. Please offer any advise that will help me in my quest.
 
There are no suppliments that improve fitness. You gotta exercise and eat healthy.

If you cant get your diet 100% perfect then take a multi vit and fish oils, but do your best to get all your goodness from your diet.
 
I know fitness and self motivation go hand in hand. Wanting to increase strength and endurance. looking for like creatine, or such, or are most supplements just a bunch of hype. I can't find any reputable evidence, without a overpowering add campaign to "buy their product because it is better".
 
on this balanced diet subject, what foods are benificial and which are not. Are foods high in carbs good or bad with a active lifestyle. What about the diferent protiens(fish, chicken, red meat), as you can tell by my user name i love wild game. I already eat fairly lean meat, except for the ocasional steak or good ole greasy hamburger. Is the a site for info on diet and nutrition or does this site have info and how to incorpate it with type of lifestyle.
