ok if theres one thing that makes me more mad than anything else, its a bad driver...the problem is they dont realize they are bad...but let me tell u they are! i was driving to my parents and almost got into three car accidents today. i wanted to jump out and beat the crap out of those people! whats wrong with people ? and dont tell me people in new jersey cant drive, i live here and i can drive just fine. i have come up with a list of people that are bad drivers:
1. old people...if u are above the age of 65 please let some one else chauffer u around
2. if you are from new jersey...people with blue lisence plates (those have been extinct for ever, you know they dont care about their cars, get off the road!
3. if you are from new york...people with white lisences with the statue of liberty...same deal as above!
4. people that pull out in front of you when there is less than one car space between you and the person in fron of you.
5. people who are on their cell phones
6. people that decide that its their road and no one else is driving on it, thats why they cut you off.
ok i think thats all for now, but im sure ill be adding more in, anyone else think of any?
 
LMAO!!! Poor old people...I know what you mean, try driving in Southern California! It's worst. There's an accident on any given freeway and of course you have the lookie loo's slowing everyone else...

I have to admit I'm guilty of driving while on my cell phone :eek: BUT I have an ear piece :p

How about people on your A$$ when you're already going 80...

Do I detect a possible "Road Rage" candidate? Perhaps Tony needs to hide your steroids before you hurt someone :D. The one's that make me the agriest are the one's that drive slow while you can't pass and then speed up when you reach a passing zone. :mad:

oh man yeah those piss me off too! lol i do i have aweful road rage, tony only laughs at me though, coz ill start cursing in russian and in english when people piss me off...he just says "babe, dont forget the baby is in the car." ...oops lol
 
ive been known to drive with my cell, and doing my make up, but i just throw the cell on speaker, and as im doing my mascara, i just glance at the road pretty often, i can only do it on a highway though, where its a straight road...but ive mastered that skill, so its different.

Thats my #1 pet peeve is old people drivers.. Like LV said I do all the above.. but some people can pull it off some can't. My knee becomes useful sometimes.
 
ah yes old people - My Grandad used to think it was okay to drive near to his house as he knew the area......he was registered blind!!!!

I have so many pet peeves when it comes to bad driving, I couldn't possibly list them all here. Main one is probably boy racers who keep constantly trying to race me because they like the car - pfft, as if I'd waste my petrol on them!!
 
Lets not leave out MINI VAN drivers! They seem to be the worst here! When ever I see one, I get the heck away! And to anyone with a mini-van reading this...I'm sorry, BUT ITS TRUE!! :p
 
what about the drivers that are so scared to merge that they literally STOP at the end of a merge on ramp to the interstate until traffic is TOTALLY clear?? that makes me CRAZY!
 
Last night, I had some IDIOT teenager in a little renault clio overtake me approaching the brow of a hill!!! I braked to let him go obviously as, if something had come the other way, we would both have been toast :mad:

All so he can tell his mates "I raced a Lotus and won." No you didn't you %$*£, you nearly killed us both and only one of us was racing!!! Why do they do it? why, why, why, why?!!

Oh yah! I've had morons entering the highway at 35mph's (it's a 70mph zone) - these days I just hang back on the on ramp to let all those bastards get on, then just floor it (well not really floor it, but you know... Above average acceleration) and merge.

My only issue with road warriors are slow drivers on empty roads... With my crap mobile I can't pass them unless I have a lot of room in the on-comming lane.

OMG! LOL!! please people don't get me friggin started! this is what i complain about the most!! first people that can't speak english or read the english language should not be driving. how the heck to they read road signs?? think about it! :eek: MINIVAN DRIVERS SUCK! i feel sorry for old people regardless b/c they don't always have people to drive them around, but i wish this state or country would do more to provide free services for the elderly. i like cute old people. :D i hate idiots that fly onto the highway without merging cautiously and almost ram into your car. the other day some idiot cut me off TWICE, so when i decided i had enough, i flew around him and do u believe he had the balls to honk at me???!! wtf!!?? i wanted to take my club out of my car and beat him, but i didn't...lol! people suck!! lol!! that's my two cents, enjoy! and that aint even the half of it. i spared u all!!;)

and i hate people doing their hair, eating, talkin on the phone, smoking, putting on makeup all while trying to drive..ugh!!!!!!!

If you pass the test, you've got the basic knowledge to drive-regardless of the language you speak.

Most road signs are symbols or numbers anyway. I don't think you need to have mastered the English language to know that the red octagon with the words STOP means you have to stop.

Or that the yellow diamond with a squigly line means that there are turns ahead.

I see plenty of English speakers not following the laws...

(just my two cents)
 
(now that's not saying that there aren't illegal drivers out there, English and none-English speakers alike)

There you go! That's exactly what i'm talking about!! Illegal drivers, illegal immigrants, driving w/o knowing the language, no license, and no insurance. that's exactly what i'm talking about! most of them haven't even gone in to take the test, let alone pass it!! and there's a lot of them in the state of NJ.

hope i didn't offend u in any way. it's directed to careless drivers. my parents are from another country, but they did things legally and learned before they put other peoples lives at risk, so don't take my post the wrong way, although i understand your point as well.;)

also, there are road signs that read what exit to get off of, what town you're in, etc., so regardless i think people do need to know the language.

good thing i didn't say everything that was on my mind! yikes!

a good warning is any vehicle w/a big soccor ball on it! lol! or a minivan packed w/50+ people!

put me in another country with another language and throw me in a vehicle, u think i'm gonna know where the hell to go or turn or what the signs say?? i think not. not trying to be rude, just making a point.
