I'm having one of those giant cravings today. I have about 700 calories to play with today so I will give in. I am craving veggie pizza and buffalo wings. All I could think about today was hot wings. Yum. What are your cravings and how do you deal?

I've always heard that you shouldn't deny yourself so I am not. As long as it fits into my calorie allotment for the day I am good.
 
about once every week/fortnight i have an evening were i have an attack of the munchies. i find it has really helped to keep me motivated knowing im not totally depriving myself and stops me getting that diet mentality. i have to be careful though after months of eating low fat etc, if i pig out i find my stomach doesnt agree and i sometimes pay for it the next day.slim
