Last month when I first started working out , I would feel sick to my stomach and not want to eat....but now...I seem like I am always hungry. More so if I work out harder.....And its starchy food I crave......Also..( I should have payed attention in physical science class)....I have a 24 oz water bottle...I add ice to the top and then pour water in it.......With the ice in there Am I still getting my 24 oz of water or would it be less?.......A 4th grader probaly knows the answear to this!..lol...

ummm.. i dont know, i would think that once the ice melts it will fill the water bottle...so yeah...im thinkin probably. I would recommend trying protein when you are craving starches..they say it will help the cravings and keep you fuller longer. I sometimes eat a little something before i work out..something really light... so that i dont get quezy

I don't think you would get the full 24 ounces, but I'm not sure. Only way to tell for sure. Fill the bottle with ice and water as usual and let it melt and see what happens.

HI KC

I'd say you are getting pretty close to the full amount of water (24oz). Any air bubbles in the ice should be negligible, unless you can see big air bubbles in the ice cubes. If you're ice cubes dont look clear and solid and appear more bubbly, then you might be getting a bit less water. That sounds funny, hehe

I've experienced the hunger after working out. I usually drink more water and try to eat something with protein. It helps sometimes.

lol why dont you just get a bigger bottle and put 24 oz water in and then the ice. then you know your getting more than 24 oz. like maybe 26?
i freeze all my 16 oz water botles so its nice and cold plus i know i'm not losing any of it.
