Last month when I first started working out , I would feel sick to my stomach and not want to eat....but now...I seem like I am always hungry. More so if I work out harder.....And its starchy food I crave......Also..( I should have payed attention in physical science class)....I have a 24 oz water bottle...I add ice to the top and then pour water in it.......With the ice in there Am I still getting my 24 oz of water or would it be less?.......A 4th grader probaly knows the answear to this!..lol...
