I've just started to start training for a triathalon and while I have a very good idea of what my workouts need to be, I'm starting to feel tired and its become apperent that my current diet (or lack of it) is not cutting it. However, my knowlege of nutrition is horrible. What I'm looking for is about 2500 calories per day, with if at all possible, to fit this time schedule.
5:00AM Breakfast
8:30AM Snack 1
10:30AM Lunch
3:00PM Snack 2
6:30PM Dinner
7:00-8:30PM Daily Workout
9:00PM Post workout snack
Now if there are any major flaws in this time schedule, please point it out. I apperciate and thank you for any help.
