Crap.

Well, I completely forgot about this trip. I'm going on a mini vacation for a week down to the springs, and damned if I'm gonna take a week break especially since I'm now in a GOOD stride with my program.

I need to know what things I can do body weight wise to not let my muscle progress take a step backwards. Isolated exercises that I can do to replace the work-outs I have scheduled on each day, so I'm somewhat on "schedule" specifically which is why I'm kinda stumped.

Anybody can enlighten me on things I can do?
