Well this is only my secone post. Today was a pretty good day, i went to the gym and worked about 300 calories on eliptical and the treadmill, and i also did weight training which made me a little sore, but it wasn't to bad. Going to the gym makes me feel so much better about so many things right now, it helps me get my stress out by just taking it out on the machines and so i'm not as stressed after there so i'm glad i'm going for that simple reason. But what i've eated today:

B: Homefries, Bagel, French Toast
L: Strawberry smoothie with yogurt
D: 1/4 of sandwich, ham and a few chips
Movies: Split a small bag of Popcorn with room mate and gree tea:)

But i'm proud of myself today because i did alot at the gym so i feel that i rewarded myself with some popcorn and it was so so good that i'm glad i had it.

I was hoping that i could get some ideas from people to work my inner thighs, just dont' know what to do to get them more muscle and less fat. I have really big thighs and i'm really self-consious about them...ANY IDEAS????

Exercise looks good! Out of curiosity, what are homefries? Are they home made french fries? or hashbrowns?

i have huge thighs!! i feel your pain, I really do. i work out with weights and i'm worried that my legs will get bigger but i REALLY need them smaller....i'm interested if anyone knows how to get them slim too!

Sounds like you are off to a great start. I don't know how to shrink legs cause I have the opposite problem, my midsection is bigger. :( Hope you can find some tips, sorry I wasn't helpful. Maybe a lot of cardio would help? It has helped me shrink down my midsection.
 
Wow, i feel amazing, i just got back from the gym and i burned like 638 or so calories, i was walking on the treadmil for 63 minutes, i was just reading my magazine and jsut completely forgot about what i was doing. I wasn't sure if i was gonna go to the gym today but i was really stressing out about different things, and so i knew i had to other wise my nevers would get the best of me. I got my about 9-10 hours of sleep last night and it felt great i dont normally sleep that much but i guess i was really tired, so i just slept.
The scale went up this morning compared to yesturday morning, but what can i want, it was me that eat popcorn yesturday at the movies, but today i plan on eating a little less, and i'm getting so serious about this, i really want to look good for my birthday in march. My roommate is a big motivator for me because she is very determined, so that really helps me. Sometimes she gets a little discouraged and makes me upset with some comments she says, but i know she doesn't mean them i just have to keep her motivated when she's down and she helps me too, so it's both good. But here is my food plan for today:

Brunch: French Toast and homefries
D: Subway (6 inch turkey and pickles)
Muchies: Grapes, Yogurt​

I'm gonna do this, i've set my goals but because of some peoples comments, i have decided not to live by them, because i am changing fat into muscle and my cloths are slowly getting looser, My jeans aren't so tight right when they come out of the drier:) :) THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT FEEDBACK
 
Well today has been a pretty good day...went to the gym and was on the eliptical for 20 minutes and the treadmil for about 35 minutes. Which was about 700 calories and then i did weights with my legs.

Today has been pretty easy day because i dont have school so i can have the whole day to myself which i really like, and today i really needed because i have been really stressed lately. I'm not sure why i just don't feel "right" about something i just don't know what is bothering me yet. But i'll figure it out! I didn't get up until 9:30 am this morning and then went and worked out, so it was nice and relaxing and i didn't feel rushed in any shape or form :) :)

Eating today:
Breakfast: Bowl of Ceral with Skim Milk
Lunch: Healthy Choice meal with an apple and water
Dinner: 1/2 Turkey sandwich, a few chips, and slices of Hame and milk
Munchies: A Few sour patch kids,and 1 cup of broccli
Water: 6-8 bottles of water

I think i did pretty good today... but back to homework

what you're eating looks really good! just make sure you're getting enough so you dont go into starvation mode.....do you know approximately how many calories that adds up to? I know its a pain in the arse to count but it keeps you in check of what you're actually eating.

the other day i was going to have a tv dinner thingy - fried chicken potatoes and a little brownie t hing - how bad could it be?? 730 CALORIES!! woah....put that one back in the freezer, never to look at it again.

what are you taking in school?

JakeySnakey: my TV dinner thing was only 210 calories...not bad right, and it was so so good, it was roasted turkey in gravy and potatos i want some know..you should try them they are really good, i'm eating about 1,000+ calories a day. I try to keep track but it's so hard sometimes...Any helpful hints of food areas i'm lacking?
 
well more veggies and fruits can never hurt....as far as I know if you're under 1200 you could go into starvation mode....just be careful, wouldn't want to cause a plateau or stall your loss!!

Just wanted to say hi and welcome! Someone on this site gave me a really good site where you punch in your numbers and it will tell you have many cals you need to maintain and to lose! it's on freedieting.com Hope this helps! Your food looks really good!
