Weight-Loss Counting Cal & eating out

Hello everyone! I have found websites that are pretty helpful when planning your out to eat expo..but i was amazed to see that there is nothing on Friendly's resteraunt?! I have been trying to find the answers as I would like to know what i devoured in cal ( i can figure it out) in a salad i had there..but can find nothing. Does anyone know how i can get this answer?

actually, Friendly's won't provide that information. They say that because their menu is constantly changing there's no way for them to provide accurate nutritional facts. So I e-mailed them and they never got back to me. If you ever find anything, please let me know! lol

What a bunch of crapola! they have some things on their menus that are always there.. They are probably worried they will scare people away and they'll never return :-D I just wish they had some info available..ill see what else i can find out..thanks CG!

Anytime! I kind of thought the same thing. If they can't share their info, it must not be good news for me. So i'm doing my best to stay away from that place. Until I have some info, hopefully I shall not return. hehe!
