Hi everyone!

This forum has been helpful to me in the past and I am so looking forward to contibuting.

Basic info on me:

Two years ago I lost about 20lbs, went from about 160 to 140 and have maintained at about 138 for 2 years. I would like to reach my goal of 125 but am a binger and this cancels out most of my exercise efforts. I'm hoping this site will be able to offer some helpful tips to stave of cravings and keep me motivated. I'm also happy to share an advice I may have. I hope this note finds you all well, wherever you may be. Thanks!

what really helps me is drinking tons of water, eating lots of fruits and veggies, and drinking green tea! plan your meals ahead and divide them up into smaller meals throughout the day.

the best fruits are cantaloupe melon and watermelon. and the best veggies are broccoli or cucumbers. welcome to the weight loss forum!
