Count down to summer

Hey guys I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago. It's been great hearing other peoples stories and transformation.

My goal is to get down to 90kg by December, currently weighing 100kg.
I'm committed myself to training 5 days a week. Incorporating both aerobic and resistance training.
I feel I've got the training down pat. But why would love some new recipes.? Any suggestions??
 
so this is 10 kgs in aprox 4 months time, I suggest to limit your carbs intake especially at night and soda never at all. Sportswise I see you are going strong. Take care!
 
Ooh! I would love to see others healthy recipes too. There were some threads on here about a year ago that had lots of good ones in it. I will try to find it. My fave breakfast recipe is 12 grain cereal with frozen blueberries and plain Greek yogurt. Either hot or cold - both ways are good.
