Could i loose this ammount of .......

Hi im 14, i live in the UK and i was wondering if i could loose 40lbs or 50lbs in 5 - 7 weeks, im not fat nor skinny but i dont want to be chubby

Monday (Triceps, Chest, Back)

Dumbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 reps - Works triceps and back
Dumbell Shouder Press - 3 sets of 10 reps - Works back and triceps


Tuesday (Back, Biceps) + Spinning

One-arm Dumbell Rows - 3 sets of 12 reps - Works back and biceps
Dumbell Curls - 3 sets of 12 - Works biceps

Wendesday (Rest)

REST

Thursday (Legs, Glutes)

Dumbell Step ups - 3 sets of 15 - Works legs and glute
Calf Raises - 3 sets 20 seconds long - Works legs(calfs)

Friday (Shoulders) + Spinning
Dumbell Lateral Raises - 6 sets of 10 reps - Works shoulders

Saturday (REST)

REST

Sunday (Jog about estate) + Spinning

Diet of - Lettuce , peppers , meat(protein) , milk, legumes (all vege ect and fruit), whole grain bread , porridge(oats/wheats), aluminian veg

Keep your cardio time to 20-30 minutes at a high intensity.

Quit that lousy split get on a full body routine consisting of 5-6 multi joint movements.

Diet is key to weight loss, the description you gave will not suffice.

Here is an example of how to list your diet.

FORMAT EXAMPLE
Breakfest 5:30am
3 whole eggs with toast

Oatmeal,banana

Lunch12pm
chicken,salad,whole grain rice

I just wanted to add that it is possible to lose that much weight in 5 weeks but you'll lose a hell of a lot of muscle and become really ill. My Dad lost almost 20 pounds in a week with dysentry once - that's just how ill you'd need to make yourself to lose that much weight*.

1-2 pounds of weight lose a week is ideal as it's about as much fat as can be safely lost in a week without losing muscle and staying healthy. You'd be suprised at how much better you'd look after 6 weeks of losing 2 pounds a week

*I am not advising dysentry as a crash weight loss plan
 
usually, ccr, when someone asks if its possible to lose x amount of weight in x time, they mean without a horrible disease :rolleyes:

Lol, OK, what about amputation then? ;)

The point I was originally trying to make was that losing weight so fast does the same kind of damage to your body as a horrible illness which should be enough of a clue to most people that it's not such a good thing.
It might seem crazy that I should feel the need to mention that but when you consider that many dieters take laxatives and diuretics to shed pounds then you can see that they are trying to emulate the effects of dysentry.

if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner then no it is not possible.
