Could I get some Opinions on a Stack?

I know this is probably posted on forums like these just about daily, but I've been working out for nearly a month now, primarily I started training as a runner, but I need to drop some lbs and tone up to get back to where I was 6 years ago.

I started a workout regimen of running 3 -7 miles 4 days a week, and I've been doing P90X workouts 6 days a week.

I'm currently taking Isopure as my protein supplement, and Sizeon during my workouts, and have been doing that for the past 3 weeks or so with little gain or decrease in recovery time.

I'd like a stack to maximize my workouts, and help me tone up quickly as I'd like to get back on my training schedule for a 10K coming up soon and my times are crap.


Can anyone help or give me some ideas?
 
if you want to 'tone up' you need to 'lose body fat'...and that means 'eating fewer calories'.

not sure what SizeOn is, but if its loaded with carbs, its probably the first thing you need to eliminate from your diet.

no need for a 'stack' of supplements. just eat less.
 
the best "stack" is to start stacking the weight on to the bar...

Sizeon is just a creatine and sugar supplement, cut back on your supplements, eat real food, and like malkore siad, to tone up you need to cut your calories.
