Could anyone give me the THREE most important ingredient's in weight loss?

I have been working as a personal trainer for 6 years, and I have one question I ask all the time: What the three most important issues to resolve in a successful weight loss. Here is my list:

1. To have a clear and compelling goal.

2. You need a good action plan.

3. Get a buddy, or someone to hold you accountable to your overall goal.

I workwith this principle, but hope someone can give me some input, or share some of your experiences?
 
Eat Less. Burn More. Repeat?
 
What the three most important issues to resolve in a successful weight loss.


1. Admit that there is a problem, regardless of how the other 90% of the population looks or weighs.

2. Overcome denial regarding daily caloric requirement.

3. Stop eating simple carbs, because they are the ones that will kick you off of the wagon by creating uncontrollable cravings and appetite.
