Correct Supplement?

I know that I need strongly a good amount of protein in a supplement, but do I need high Cars as well?

People say its good to take reflex Mass (new One) which has heigh carbs and protein, but wouldnt the heigh carbs lead to excess fat?

Also with this new supplemnt, would it be adviseable to take half the required amount before weight training to help lift, and then after training again to take one whole serving?

more carbs than what you need will be fat. you just have to find what you respond best to.

the general amount of protein thats recommended is around 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. for carbs, try for around 1.5 up to possibly 2.5 grams per pound of bodyweight.

do you have a link for the supplement you're using? i'm not familiar with it

the first one would be good after a workout as it has both protein and carbs. the second one is mainly a protein powder so carbs would have to be added to it. that one would be good to take during the day when extra protein is needed.
