Cooking spray Products ???

Would like your thoughts/opinions on the "Cooking Spray Products " like Pam

In the past i used them but geez its difficult to know how much you used on a a meal so i stopped and
now i measure the butter or coconut oil and now i know exactly the calorie amount !
which maybe it is less now then when i used the spray bottle which who knows what is in there lol

I use them and just guess at the calories. I think they are usually less than using butter or oil, guess it depends on how much you spray.
