Sport Cooking Chicken Breasts

Alright guys. I just ran out to the store and bought chicken breasts. What is the best way to cook these? Should I grill them, put them in the oven and cook then that way, or what? What do you guys think is best for a cutting diet?

Well I could go against what everyone els is saying, but i guess i wont. You seemed to enjoy their answers far to much:D
 
heh. I'll try a few different things. Whatever tastes good, i guess. By the way, italian seasoning is fine for the chicken, right? :p
 
Dude I live on chicken breast and what I do is easy and quick:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place chicken breast on pan with foil
Sprinkle them with sea salt, pepper medley. paprika (lots!), and rosemary

Bake for 10 minutes, flip and then bake till largest piece is 168 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes. Yes, I like them over done.

I LOVE them like this. Actually those four ingredients (including thyme) is what I put on everything from lamb to goat :)

oo sweet. yeah; what i did tonight was pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; slap 3 onto a pan with tin foil, sprinkle salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Then flip them and do the same to the other side. Then put them on for 30 minutes. Turned out great. Glad to know Im finally doing something right :p
