Alright guys. I just ran out to the store and bought chicken breasts. What is the best way to cook these? Should I grill them, put them in the oven and cook then that way, or what? What do you guys think is best for a cutting diet?
oo sweet. yeah; what i did tonight was pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; slap 3 onto a pan with tin foil, sprinkle salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Then flip them and do the same to the other side. Then put them on for 30 minutes. Turned out great. Glad to know Im finally doing something right
