"Big D"

I'm 20 years old and do many different forms of construction for a living. I'm 6'8 and currently weigh 310 lbs...I'd like to get down to 275 or so for sure. I do 12 hour days of physical labor so when I get home I don't have much energy or time left to work out. My diet is bad...usually don't eat much for breakfast other than a granola bar and drink way too much pop. So I already know those are things I can improve. Any other suggestions?
