Sport Consensed soup?

Sport Fitness
When a can of soup says 1 serving is 125 ml condensed and is 100 calories, are they saying before you add water and heat or 125 ml including the added water. I assume condensed means before adding water but i want to make sure.

if it says 125ml condensed is a serving, it means a serving is 125ml condensed (no water).

kind of shady since you need to add water to really make a '1 cup' serving size, even though the water adds no calories or nutrients, its needed to make the right volume.

Now if it was a cream of 'soup' that you add milk to, I can see that being 'condensed' nutrients since they don't know if you use skim, whole, 1% milk...etc

So a 250 ml can of soup that has 100 calories per serving (example) will have 200 calores total at 125 ml per serving, and if you add water it will be 500 ml but still 200 calories?

Right, because water has no calories.

I should add too, that soup is kind of a crappy diet food. Sure its low cal, but its also not filling.

And condensed soup is so processed...its not very nutritious. full of sodium usually.
