Connecticut Weight and Wellness

Just thought I'd share the program I used to loose 115lbs. It was a program called Connecticut Weight and Wellness and its a VERY strict program. It consists of drinking about ten protien shakes a day, a little fat, and a little salt. Thats done for the first couple weeks then your allowed to start mixing in real food again. Basicaly your taking in ~800 calories a day which is why it is doctor supervised and they do a blood test before you start then again after each 50lbs lost, each week you'll be weighed in on their scales which calculate your water, body fat, and oh jeeze some other stuff its really neat. On this program weight loss is extremly rapid within the first two week I dropped 24lbs then again I was 364lbs at the time. After that weightloss is pretty constant at around 4-6lbs a week. The only thing with this diet is that you have to be dedicated and not cheat because your body will begin a whole new motabolizing process apparently. If anyone has any questions let me know.

Sounds just like some bullshit spam to me :)

Horay for gimmick diets that dont work! (and double horay for people paid to make stupid adverts like this on forums)

I know, hes probably not a spammer, but i really hate those name dropping things of silly diets that con people, whether they work or not.

I lost 200lbs (Liz did too actually) by not being all that strict and consistently losing a decent amount of weight every week... and we didn't pay for a service of have to drink protein shakes instead of real food....

What's your point?

I posted a topic under "weightloss methods." This method "Connecticut Weight and Wellness," is the one I used with sucess, after trying other programs including Weight Waters, and something else similar to Doctor Akins diet. Apparently, what helped me and hundreds of others is considered spam by those who probably didn't even bother to research in, heres a link; [ARE YOU *******! STOP SPAMMING LINKS] check that out before making assumptions, as I didn't either bother posting the link beforehand. Click on the FAQ's and the program link found to the left of the page. It may cost money to join, yes, does this mean its SPAM no? Protien shakes instead of real food isn't what this program is about as you begin to incorporate real food back after the first couple weeks. My point being: you guys or girls may have had sucess doing it on your own congratulations, but others may need guidliness that don't always come free.
